Systems Requirements

VisBiz® runs on computers using any of the Microsoft® Windows 2000, XP (SP2), 2003 operating systems.

Migrating VisBiz® to SQL Server requires minimum MSDE 2000 or SQL Server 7.

For best performance, your computer must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Intel® Pentium® II 400 MHz or equivalent
• 256 MB of RAM
• 100 MB of available hard disk space (any single user version)
• 15" or larger monitor with resolution set at least 1024 x 768 pixels
• Microsoft® Office XP/2007

Additional Requirements

Servers - If running Windows 2000/2003 servers, it is recommended you:

• install the latest service pack (at least SP3) available from Microsoft®.
• have administrator privileges to install software
• users have full control security permissions for the VisBiz® application folder
• users have full control security permissions for the RealFS database folder
• turn off the Windows Opportunistic Locking (oplocks) feature if MS Access database corruption occurs frequently
